Ted Blankets

This is Ted Blankets. He used to run a KY cartel for hair gel, which kept him with goods in hand, but after his transfer to Illinois, his supply of KY Gelly dried up and his hair took on a life of its own. He’s currently taking donations to procure some more gel and possibly some mustache wax, but until then, only we get to make fun of his hair. He’ll be ready for adoption soon.
